Description:
Keep on the Shadowfell broken into parts so different DMs can run it. Read only to p.61 which includes Interlude 3 an optional encounter.

The town of Winterhaven stands watch over a ruined keep that was once a bastion of good in the realm. This keep overlooks the Shadow Rift, a dark scar in the world that was once a gateway to the Shadowfell but has been dormant for many years. Now, an evil cleric of Orcus, Demon Lord of the Undead, seeks to re-open the gate, and the only thing standing in his way is a small yet determined band of heroes from Winterhaven.

I think it was good to crack that first part in one, but I think it would have been better to end around five after the big Kobold scrap - my concentration definitely began to flag!

I gotta be somewhere between 2 pm and 7 pm, so it seems I can only come for 3 hours or so. If you'd rather replace me with someone who can stay for the whole duration, I understand, no problem.

Sep 12, 2011 7:44 PM - Tracy: That seems sensible for now since the Defender is taking all of our hits, we should make him harder to hit. And since the Warlock only has a +4 to attack vs +5-8 like the rest of us, we should give him the bonus to attack rolls until we find more stuff. Don't worry Keneux, I'll make you something special. :)

Sep 12, 2011 7:31 PM - Tracy: Sorry, correction. Utility Power: Healers Gift. Also, I can disenchant that Dwarven chain that nobody is using and with that we have enough gold for me to enchant 2 basic +1 items. That could be a +1 weapon, amulet, or armor for 2 people. Thoughts?
Sep 12, 2011 7:26 PM - Tracy: I took the Utility Feat: Healer's Gift which let's me hug you so that you can spend a healing surge once per encounter when you are unconscious. Which seemed to happen a couple times. I also took the Feat: Potent Restorables which allows me to add another 2 to my healing powers.

Are you expecting Part 1 to happen on the actual dates you have it scheduled now? Wasn't clear to me if those were just placeholders or what.

Jul 29, 2011 1:50 PM - Capt_Dan: I had anticipated at least a core of players flowing through all three, as it is effectively one adventure, however I think it breaks in three quite well, it certainly breaks well after the first part and I don't have a problem with a little mix/match if people can't make all of it, or only want to play part. I don't think it would be in the spirit of this site to say 'No' either.
